It is a simple, gentle, easy to learn technology that can help you heal and transform physically, emotionally and spiritually in a very deep and profound way. As a body-oriented process supported by free circular breathing, it is quickly learned and can be independently used after only a few sessions. By resolving emotions and feelings in a creative way, pleasant feelings become even more enjoyable and unpleasant feelings become more tolerable or integrate into pleasure altogether.

Number of private sessions depends on the client’s individuals needs. Each session, lesson or workshop is uniquely a new experience or adventure.
